He regularly headed meetings with show producers, talent, studio and production company executives to discuss promotional campaigns for new and returning series.

Bob developed a marketing strategy that resulted in UPN having its best season ever, with double digit, across the board ratings growth. UPN enjoyed its best February sweeps in the history of the network during his tenure, including phenomenal increases for key demographics: 90% among A18-34 and 55% among A18-49 on all five nights.

He developed and executed a comprehensive campaign strategy for Enterprise which included extensive on-air, radio, print, outdoor, and internet promotion. The results:

Enterprise premiered as the #1 new drama on any network. It was UPN’s second highest-rated night in the history of the network.

He also orchestrated the campaign for Buffy The Vampire Slayer’s move to UPN from the WB. Its premiere on UPN delivered the highest rating in the series’ history.
